Ahmet studies policing, criminal justice policy, and public-sector technology. He combines extensive research and project experience with academic leadership, active teaching, and prior police leadership.
Production AI and machine learning are central to Kaan’s engineering work. His experience spans language models, data science, and data engineering, complemented by doctoral expertise in criminal justice.
